Fleet management systems need to be regularly checked to ensure the system is fit for purpose and that operational staff comply with its procedures. Auditing colleagues can be difficult, therefore effective auditing skills are needed to manage the process sensitively.

You will learn what it takes to be an objective auditor and the basics of auditing a fleet operation. This course will also highlight how quality standards apply in a transport setting, as well communicating, preparing, performing and following up on audits.

This is a 3-hour online course counting as one optional module towards the FORS Practitioner qualifications.

All participants taking advantage of the FORS rate must be employed by the FORS Operator when the course is booked and paid for. The training record will be assigned the FORS ID entered.


The FORS discount is not transferable to a non-FORS operator. Improper use of a FORS ID to achieve an ineligible discount will result in training records and certificates being revoked.
