The most common infringement identified by roadside enforcement officers is non-compliance with drivers’ hours. Drivers’ hours and working time rules are complex and there are common mistakes and violations that contribute to illegal activity.

You will learn the legal framework of drivers’ hours, working time and record keeping and how these interact with each other. This course will also highlight how to analyse records to identify infringements and implement remedial measures to prevent recurrence.

This is a 3-hour online course counting as one optional module towards the FORS Practitioner qualifications.

The FORS discount is not transferable to a non-FORS operator. Improper use of a FORS ID to achieve an ineligible discount will result in training records and certificates being revoked.
