Performance measurement and monitoring key performance indicators demonstrates the effectiveness of your fleet management strategy. The course will focus on the management of the fleet data that determines the efficiency of your fleet operation.

You will learn how to develop an operational performance action plan that includes performance indicators and operational targets. This course will also highlight the different methods of data capture and active monitoring techniques.

This is a 3-hour online course counting as one optional module towards the FORS Practitioner qualifications.
