Drivers need to have the right knowledge, skills and attitude to conduct their duties legally, safely and professionally. Continual Professional Development (CPD) and investing drivers is fundamental to improving operational standards, regulatory compliance and road safety.

You will learn the importance of CPD in the context of road transport as well as the legal competence requirements for drivers. The course will highlight how to identify training needs and implement a Professional Development Plan.

This is a 3-hour online course counting as one mandatory module towards the FORS Practitioner qualifications.

All participants taking advantage of the FORS rate must be employed by the FORS Operator when the course is booked and paid for. The training record will be assigned the FORS ID entered.


The FORS discount is not transferable to a non-FORS operator. Improper use of a FORS ID to achieve an ineligible discount will result in training records and certificates being revoked.
