Road risk is the most dangerous work activity and contributes to more death and serious injury than all other work activities. Managing driving standards is key to reducing the risks your drivers face whilst on the road and those they may present to other road users.

You will learn essential risk management practices and techniques to manage work related road risk. The course will highlight the regulatory responsibilities and importance of road risk management as well as current and emerging industry best practice.

This is a 3-hour online course counting as one mandatory module towards the Road Risk Champion and FORS Practitioner qualifications.

All participants taking advantage of the FORS rate must be employed by the FORS Operator when the course is booked and paid for. The training record will be assigned the FORS ID entered.


The FORS discount is not transferable to a non-FORS operator. Improper use of a FORS ID to achieve an ineligible discount will result in training records and certificates being revoked.

  • Appreciate the need for a major incident process to manage the aftermath of a serious road traffic collision
