Fleet management policies translate your organisation’s needs and priorities into clear, value-adding, affordable actions. The sharper, more accessible and more engaging the policy, the more likely it is that it will achieve its goal.

You will learn essential policy development skills that will help you get the results you need. The course will highlight the importance of policies and procedures, and demonstrate how to gather the relevant information to draft effective policy documents.

This is a 3-hour online course counting as one optional module towards the FORS Practitioner qualifications.

All participants taking advantage of the FORS rate must be employed by the FORS Operator when the course is booked and paid for. The training record will be assigned the FORS ID entered.


The FORS discount is not transferable to a non-FORS operator. Improper use of a FORS ID to achieve an ineligible discount will result in training records and certificates being revoked.
